Colleen Millsaps, owner and director of coaching
Originally from St. Cloud near Orlando, Colleen is the owner of MTF and has developed the program to where it is now. She has been coaching top level riders for over 20 years and has guided many into the professional ranks including; Justin Barcia, Martin Davalos, Steven Clarke, Kyle Peters, Joey Savatgy, Bryan Johnson, Austin Stroop, Gavin Faith, Anthony Rodriguez, Jordon Smith and of course Davi. She combines her superior technical knowledge with a strong desire to see everyone excel.
Bryan Johnson Sr., general manager
Bryan is responsible for the day to day running of operations at MTF and has plenty of experience in motocross. He has been involved in the sport for over 22 years and his son Bryan Johnson Jr. is a former professional rider. From Miami, Bryan brings a no-nonsense approach to MTF and will make sure things get done right first time. He shares with Colleen a commitment to ensure that the facility is just as top notch as the coaching.
Bryan Johnson Jr., head trainer
Bryan is 30 years old and has been a trainer with MTF for 11 years. A former factory support pro rider Bryan draws on his own experiences to help develop riders for top level racing. As a rider he was taught by Colleen and is thoroughly familiar with her training methods. He shares her philosophy for rider development and has been instrumental in the growth and success of MTF.
Gavin Gracyk, assistant trainer
Gavin is from Ohio and was a Team Green rider before achieving factory support. In his amateur career he won numerous nationals including four Loretta Lynn Championships. As a professional rider Gavin raced in the US and Canada and was a top ten SX and outdoor 450 rider. After retirement Gavin taught at numerous camps and clinics across the country and brings a lot of experience to our training team.
Paul Bevan-Thomas, program coordinator/director of mental skills coaching
Originally from England, Paul is MTF’s program coordinator and conducts our mental skills coaching. With a Masters degree in Sport Psychology and broad experience with professional and amateur athletes Paul will help you make the most of your talent and training on race days. His goal is to help you become relaxed, focused and confident on race days so that you get the results you’ve worked for
Tony, fitness director
Tony is a 30 year veteran of the US Navy and spent 27 years within Naval Special Warfare. He has extensive experience in strength and conditioning in this highly distinguished and exclusive environment.
He has created a unique fitness program in which all training combines intense physical fitness with mental focus exercises. Furthermore, Tony has implemented his philosophies of leadership and maturity which lead to the personal growth of each rider.
Pete Davis, fitness trainer
Pete was a full time rider at MTF and is thoroughly familiar with our fitness program. From Redding, Connecticut, Pete's qualifications and racing experience make him a huge asset in the gym.
Camilo Gomez, race shop manager/trainer
Camilo is a former full time rider with MTF and raced all the Amateur Nationals as a junior. He teaches using the same techniques and methods that Colleen herself uses. He is originally from Colombia, South America and speaks fluent Spanish allowing riders from Spanish speaking countries to easily learn while at MTF. He is also our race shop manager and is responsible for ordering parts and accessories.
Brad Smith, facility manager
Brad is originally from Michigan but relocated to Georgia to train at nearby GPF. He raced competitively in the amateur ranks as a Suzuki rider with Cole Gress’s team. After turning pro he raced for Star racing in the MX Pro National outdoor series.
