One Week Camps

Welcome to the MTF One Week Camp. Come join us for a week of the best motocross training you will ever experience.

Colleen Millsaps, whose knowledge and passion for coaching is legendary, will oversee your development throughout the week. Our aim is to make you both faster and safer and you will receive comprehensive training in riding technique, physical conditioning and mental skills. Colleen will be assisted by instructors trained in her proven methods and to her exacting standards.
Fitness conditioning is provided in the afternoons. On four days you receive cardio conditioning and on three days muscular strength training. We’ll also show you how to stretch properly and prepare physically for your motos. Our goal is to start you on the path to being one of the best conditioned riders on the gate. One of the most important, but often overlooked, aspects of racing is mental focus. You will get one-on-one mental skills coaching to help you learn how to race relaxed, focused and confident in every moto. In the evening there are lectures on important topics such as safety, nutrition, mental skills, mechanic skills and conditioning techniques.  On two nights we review video of your riding to clearly show what you are learning and where your skills can improve. You’ll get to keep a copy of the week’s riding on a DVD. On Friday we offer a chance to review any skill you want to practice again. If you want more scrubbing then you’ll get it. Previous camp students have asked us for this and we are glad to provide it.

We will also set up motos and free riding time. Here we will ask you to leave the “learning” and move into the “doing“ phase. This is an important transition and requires focus, trust and commitment. You will be ready, believe us!

Want some great deals on parts and product? Our sponsors have generously offered all camp participants some significant discounts. Either from coupons found in your welcome packet or by pre-ordering parts available for pick up at the camp (see the Parts Discount page), we can send some good deals your way.

Because we know you have a choice about where to train we are 100% committed to your improvement. We continuously strive to make our camps “the ultimate in motocross training”.

So don’t wait, sign up for your MTF training camp now and become a faster rider.
