At the MTF track. Riders will be grouped according to bike class and skill level (max 8 per instructor). Rotations of 30 mins will include the following: starts, turn track, figure 8’s, sections, jumps, whoops, hot laps and motos. |

On two nights the instructors will review with you video of your riding. There are also lectures on mental skills, nutrition, bike maintenance tips and conditioning do’s and don’ts. |
