Short Stay Camps

Camp Schedule

 

Sunday
12.00-5.00pm Arrive and set up
5.00-6.00pm Mandatory orientation (everyone must attend as there is important information about the camp week).  Dinner is provided during orientation.
10.00pm Lights out

Monday-Thursday 

Breakfast (provided)
Mornings - on track
Lunch (provided)
Afternoon: Cardio/strength training groups at the gym (11/2 hours duration).
Free time outside of gym time
Dinner (provided)
Evening Lectures: Video of your riding,  mental skills, nutrition, bike maintenance tips and nutrition.
Free time
10.00pm Lights out

Friday  
Breakfast (provided)
Stretching in the fitness center
Free riding
1.00pm approx. Camp ends
 
Note: Lunch is not provided on Friday
